Shaldon is one of the prettiest villages in Devon, situated between Torquay and Teignmouth, nestling on the estuary where the river Teign meets the sea.

There are two beaches one on the river and one which is found through a "Smugglers Tunnel". You can relax in the village or explore the surrounding area with wonderful walks close by.

Our cottage is situated on “The Green” overlooking the bowling Green and 2 minutes walk to Shaldon Beach, 8 minutes walk via the smugglers tunnel to Ness Cove and very close to numerous pubs and restaurants.

The cottage is over 200 years old but has been completely renovated to a very high standard but still retains its charm with exposed beams.

The cottage is heated by a gas fired combination boiler which also provides a plentiful supply of hot water.

There is off road parking for one car.
