The Cottage must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
Access to the cottage is usually from 4pm to allow time for cleaners to clean the cottage.
Bed linen is provided but towels are NOT supplied, please bring your own.
The contents of the Cottage are insured but your personal belongings are not. If this is required please make your own arrangements.

25% of rental cost is required with booking which is non-refundable deposit. Balance required strictly 10 weeks prior to commencement of holiday.
A refundable deposit of £300 is required before keys are forwarded as security against breakages etc.
During Peak/Medium periods change over day Friday to Friday.
